your email address, if you subscribe to the Retirement Hub newsletter or to our general newsletter

We use your name and email address to reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you are asking about our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We use your email address to send you the newsletter you asked for, which includes updates on retirement planning, life after work, upcoming webinars and new discussions from Santorini Financial Planning. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.

This website is built and hosted on Framer. Framer processes form submissions and basic, aggregated visit statistics on our behalf, as our data processor. Where we use an email service to send the newsletter, it processes your email address on the same basis.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
